Work description:

  • Gathering information about potential buyers
  • Regular monitoring and analysis of sales performance and proposal of measures which should be taken in order to improve sales preformance.
  • Regular testing of customer needs, taking measures to adequately answer their requirements.
  • Encouraging productivity of existing customers.
  • Expansion of the existing customer base.
  • Exercising a minimum of 35 successful calls with customers on a daily basis.
  • Close cooperation with colleagues from other departments in order to improve service sales.
  • Monitoring the fulfillment of the financial obligations of customers.
  • Monitoring competition.
  • Daily reporting to management on the achieved results.

  • Monitoring transport processes in international and domestic transportation.
  • Determination of all parameters necessary for the smooth organization of transport of goods as well as the supporting documents.
  • Cooperation and communication with the sales department and other departments.
  • Operational and administrative work in connection with the necessary documentation.
  • Checking the entered data and close the query in the program.
  • Completing the transport position for which you are responsible.
  • Completing and sending transport orders.
  • Implementation of procedures and politics in accordance with the requirements.
  • Customer care and promotion of our services.

INTERNSHIP IN ALTI LOGISTIKA

While developing our business and our services we are building stronger relationship with our customers, thus we want to provide opportunities for young people to complete their knowledge gained in college through internship in our company. Also, we are aware of the fact that young people need to have working experience in order to get hired, that experience they can get through Alti Logistika training programs.

Alti Logistika training programs are created in order to help students from The Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering or of similar education to apply their knowledge while improving new skills and overall working capacities.

Our program practices "The first step in the world of Logistics" aims to encourage young, enthusiastic, dynamic people who are ready to tackle the challenges in the logistics business.

In Alti Logistika we have two models of practice:
- Junior model - training period is from 1 to 3 months and its implementation takes place within the department of sales of logistics services.
- Senior model - training period is from 3 to 6 months and only trainees who successfully completed the junior model practices can apply for it.

We offer selected candidates the opportunity to gain the first relevant knowledge and practical experience in the field of logistics.
